the staff was friendly. bus stop access was directly across the street, a real convenience.
the room felt quite dated, a letdown. amenities inside the room seemed worn, and the overall cleanliness wasn't fantastic. i was really disappointed with this room.

The breakfast included bacon, eggs and toast. A Tesco shop is located next door. I found pre packed meals there. The desk staff allowed me to check in early. I also appreciated the lounge with a mural.
The shower had poor water pressure.

the location suited ME well. it was great for access to local transportation. the bus stop IS right across from the entrance. i found parking available, a big plus for me. the staff were generally friendly.
carrying my luggage UP several flights of stairs proved quite difficult. this IS something to consider with mobility issues or heavy bags.
